Your SalesView leads include any design saved using the IdeaRoom configurator. This list may also include leads printed from IdeaRoom, depending on how your site is set up. The leads you see on this tab will depend on the permissions you have and whether you have been assigned as an Owner of the lead.

A user with Admin permissions will be able to see all leads created, regardless of whether they are assigned to a dealer or owner. If you don’t see a lead in your list as expected, contact your administrator to see whether you have the correct permissions. |
