How to Change Line Item Pricing for Sheds

For Sheds, you can calculate the price adjustment off of the base price only or all line items in subtotal. If you select the Base price line items, only the base prices will be increased by 10%. In the example below, we have selected all line items in subtotal, which would increase each line item in the design by 10%.

In the Amounts section, you can enter the percentage amount. You can also round it to 0 or to other custom $ amounts.

Price adjustment on individual line items

In the Vary changes by section you can add certain conditions. In the image below, the price adjustment will be 10% on all line items listed in the design for all buildings except if a building has metal siding. If the siding is metal, the line items will be adjusted by 20%.
