Using notes
Use Notes to store and communicate information about individual prices. For example, you may want to include a note when you reduced a price to be more competitive. Or you may want to include a note that a particular size needs to be removed.
Notes are an effective way to ensure knowledge about a particular pricing change doesn’t get forgotten over time. Notes are maintained with the cell for as long as the data set exists in IdeaRoom.
To add a note to a cell
Right-click a pricing cell and select Add Note.
Type your comments and click Save.
The note is saved with the cell, which is highlighted with a blue triangle in the upper right corner.
To view notes, simply hover over the cell.
To delete or edit a note
Right-click on a cell with a note and select from the displayed menu.
