NEW OPTION to capture soft leadsModern Layout adds an option to capture soft leads when the shopper selects Save to List. You can configure your site in SalesView to “Capture customer information on save” via a quick popup to get a contact name plus email and mobile phone when each design is saved. The contact info dialog generates an email to your business plus an email and text (if selected) to the shopper, and creates a SalesView record. Emails contain a welcome message which includes the URL link to access the design. Texts contain only the URL. (This is optional! If you prefer, you canskip the feature and capture contact information via the Saved Buildings page CTA buttons only.) |
