On the Pricing tab, select Base.
On the left panel, select the pricing sheet for the building you want to update.
On the right panel, select the pricing table for the region you want to update.
Click the cell and type to update the price. The price will now be shown in shaded orange, indicating it has not been updated on your site.
Preview the change to ensure it is correct.
Publish the update, providing a note about the change. The new price will now be used on your IdeaRoom Configurator.

Q: What if I want to discard all my changes and restore the previous pricing?
A: If you haven’t yet published, you can click the Revert button and all pending changes will be discarded.
Note that if multiple people have made changes to the pricing table, the Revert button will discard ALL pending changes, not just those you’ve made. Pending changes are indicated on the pricing sheets with an orange bar on the left of the sheet title.

Q: What if I published pricing changes and now I need to revert them to the original pricing?
A: To restore a previous version of your pricing, contact IdeaRoom Support using SalesView. Our Support Team will be able to restore the previous pricing table for you.
