A: IdeaRoom supports webhook integrations, which allows you to take the information that composes a saved IdeaRoom design (such as the customer name, phone number, design link, design details, and images) and use it in a custom application, such as your own internally-maintained quote form. However, this is custom engineering work that you would need to do yourself. Clients who have access to skilled software developers may choose this path, rather than using IdeaRoom Professional Services. See IdeaRoom Webhook API for more details.
Q: How do I add a digital signature to my custom PDF?
A: You can make digital signatures a requirement for your custom PDF project. Our preferred digital signature provider is PandaDoc. You will need your own PandaDoc subscription, and then we can set up your custom PDF digital signature during the implementation.
