Below is an outline of the roles and responsibilities we recommend you identify on your team to support the IdeaRoom implementation process. Multiple roles can be filled by one person, and we often work with one or two primary experts on your team during the majority of onboarding. Each role plays an important part in the most successful implementations of IdeaRoom:

Typically the owner, sales manager, marketing manager, or dealer manager.
The primary point of contact for communication with IdeaRoom.
Follow-up on client team action items to ensure progress and responsiveness.
Often the same person as the champion.
Compile comprehensive data and documentation for pricing styles, options, and accessories.
Answer questions, clarify ambiguities, and fix discrepancies in pricing.
Provide verified quotes for verification and testing purposes.
Review, triage, and clarify pricing error reports.
Plan and communicate releases to dealers.
Manage increase in support after release to dealers.
Schedule and coordinate dealer training.
Work with dealers to maximize adoption and usage.
