How to Print from a PDF on an iPad or iPhone

Because emails frequently don’t print well from a browser (which is how printing works on an iPad or iPhone), we recommend that you enable a PDF version of your order form in IdeaRoom when you plan to print frequently. Contact support@idearoom.com to set up a PDF on your IdeaRoom site.

Once enabled, you will select a Download PDF option from IdeaRoom, rather than a Print option. This option can be opened by tapping the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the IdeaRoom screen.

The Download PDF button may required a login to Sales Tool. If you don’t see the menu option as shown, tap the Sales Login and provide a valid email address.

The PDF will load in the browser once it is downloaded. It may take a few moments for it to display. After the PDF is shown, you can now use the Print option for the browser. This is typically part of Share:

Tap the Share button and then browse to the Print option. The Print screen will open and you can print the downloaded PDF.
