Property | Description |
---|---|
Email floorplan image scale | Changes the size of the labels (front, back, left, right) and wall measurements on the floorplan. Does not change the size of the component labels. Valid values: 1-10ish Default value: 1 (100%) 10 - Super freaking small. Don’t use. This is pretty much a useless property. Issue has been submitted to shortcut to get it fixed or hide it from customers.
|
Use floorplan full page | When enabled, the floorplan is placed after the estimate details and signature line, with a page break prior to the floorplan heading.
When not enabled, the floorplan is placed after the design images (perspective, front, back, left, right).
|
Use floorplan grid dimensions | When enabled, displays gridlines on the floorplan (in 1' or 1m increments): When not enabled, displays emptiness. And not the metaphysical kind. The real kind. |
Use floorplan grid dimensions legend | Use only when Use floorplan grid dimensions is enabled! When enabled, displays this little box o' joy that indicates that one box in the floorplan grid is equal to one foot (1') of real life physical space. (Will vary for our friends who use metric.)
|
Floorplan show side texts | When enabled, shows the building labels: When disabled, leaves the wall side up to the imagination of the buyers.

Show flowerbox in flooplan
Note to control shutters and vents, you will need to use the Allowed Floorplan Legend Variation Keys column in the vendor tab in Site Data. A shortcut issue has been written up to enable these same capabilities in Sites. | Ignore the misspelling. It happens. Shortcut ticket has been submitted. If selected AND a flowerbox is selected on the design: If not enabled AND a flowerbox is selected on the design:
|
Show porch board direction | If selected AND a porch is selected in the design: If not selected AND a porch is selected in the design: |
Floorplan labeling method | Labels in legend Labels on diagram
|
Floorplan grid styleThe No Grid option is redundant with the Use floorplan grid dimensions option. If you select No grid, it will override the Use floorplan grid dimensions and no gridlines will be displayed. Shortcut issue has been submitted. | Solid Dotted
|
Floorplan measurements arrowhead style | Oblique Open Arrow |
Floorplan component style | Changes the way windows and doors are drawn on the wall ever so slightly. (One customer long ago wanted it one way or the other. Classic Version 2 |
Floorplan width & Floorplan height | These adjust the size of the Download Floorplan option in Sales Tools. However, they work in combination as an aspect ratio. 2:1 is a good ratio for landscape (~600:260) So you’ll need to adjust both of them together to maximize the space. Note that when you download the floorplan from within Sales Tools, these measurements are not used directly. The width in that case comes from the width of the current browser window - which can be confusing. No clue how to use these effectively. Stay tuned for a better product. Shortcut ticket has been submitted. |
Floorplan wall thicknessRecommend using a number between 1 and 5. Anything other than that will not produce good outcomes. Trust me. | 1 4 10 100
|
Measurements font sizes | Change the Dimension label font size, but these do not yet change the font size of the component labels when the Labeling Method is “Labels on diagram” - which is kinda goofy. Shortcut Ticket. Note these font sizes are relative to the diagram size, so you may need to adjust them together. 6 10 14 16 50
