Publishing updates
Update your IdeaRoom site with your new prices by clicking the Publish button in the lower-right corner.
You will be prompted to include a description of the change, which is helpful to identify why a particular change was made. The notes and the publisher will be saved with the update.
The IdeaRoom Support team can provide you with a detailed history of all updates to your IdeaRoom site, upon request. This includes who made the update, the date and time, and the description of the change provided during publishing. The IdeaRoom Support team can also restore a previous version of your data.
If your site is linked to other sites (for example, a dealer site that uses your data set), your updates will be published to those sites at the same you publish to your site. You will be notified of this in the Publish Prices dialog box and during publishing.
If the linked site cannot be updated, you will receive a notification and can work with IdeaRoom Support to resolve the problem.
